HOW TO MANAGE LABOR RELATIONS
Below is the process to follow:
- Site HR Partner drives compliant labor relations;
- The Country HR and Labor relations Manager guides towards country/group standards where applicable;
- The site HR Partners report hierarchically to the Country HR and LR Manager. The link with the Site manager remains very important as it gives the context and reality in which the site HR partner operates.
