What's a Training Curriculum?

Training Curricula were developed for learning on each HSE domain and on HSE transversal topics in order to ensure the consistency of Solvay required knowledge by the various Experts and Managers assigned to positions involving roles in one or more HSE domains.

Training Curricula are knowledge development paths, checklists of training courses or information (often home made), to be known by any expert or manager in the framework of their HSE activities at Solvay, beyond their basic (academic) training or own expertise. Thus, in addition to their personal knowledge or experience developed during their professional career, they will have to be familiar with the content of each domain specific Curriculum as well as HSE transversal topics.
The content of the curricula is more extensive than existing HSE Onboarding presentations: it also includes useful information on online or presential training (internal/YouGrow or external), best practices and lessons learned, guidelines, information on networks or contact persons, references to HSE InDocs pages, including recommendations or actions to be done by a possible mentor to accompany the trainee, etc.
