Apart from English, you can translate any content to some other languages such as Dutch, French, German, Chinese, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese

Good To Know
Always create the content in ENGLISH and then translate to the other language as per your need
STEP 1
Go to Content and use the list box under Operations named Translate Node
OR
STEP 2
If you are on an article, by clicking on Translate
STEP 3
The page now displayed shows you the available languages to be translated, the title for each language (if created, if not, n/a is displayed).
STEP 4
Click on add to translate the content or Edit if it already exists.
STEP 5
If you add a translation, you will be redirected to a copy of the original content, avoiding to create it from scratch.
