1> User can define the number of inbound days per year by Site (by default = 365, in the same we have put 210 for Mexico Natie)
2> Frequency of inbound calculated from SAP stock entries, it works as the initial value (see explanation below).
3> Optional: user can manually override the value
4> This is the final value that will be used for Cycle stock formula.

Nb of Inbound shipments from SAP

As we saw before, the ‘Nb of inbound shipments from SAP’ is calculated and constitutes the initial (default) value.
How is it calculated?

  1. We extract all the stock entries from Material Documents of MB51, calculating the number of lines with different posting dates.
  2. Then we calculate the Number of inbound shipments as follows :

Number of inbound shipments = Number of stock entries SAP last 12 months  * (SHS RLT / Number of inbound days by Site per year)

Note: - when previous calculations returns a value < 1, we round it to 1 (because we have at least 1 inbound during RLT)
          - number of inbound days by Site = 365 days by default but it can be manually adjusted by user (ex: for Mexico Natie, it’s 210 days), see information in below section 'How to modify the number of inbound days per Site'

Example:

115199R@8711R

RHODAPEX ESB 70 A2    2200LB TOTE 7008 / TRCC Polymer Dalton

               Number of inbound shipments = 10 * ( 22 / 365) = 0.6 -> 1

How to modify the number of inbound days per Site
