Overview
Qualifications in Convergence are represented by "Account properties". Each account property is defined for a given account and on 3 axis (the Master Keys).

Introduction
Masters keys are a set of 3 axis :
- Geographical Axis : Zone, Country, Site
Organisational Axis : GBU, Business lines
GPS Axis : Domain, Segment, Material Group, Sub-Material group
Master keys are common master data shared through all the company and can evolve (new GBU, new sites, etc.)
Master keys are the axes used to define qualifications but also qualification processes, properties...
General navigation
Master keys have a dedicated tab in the "Manage Category" application
A set of Listviews is available to help you to navigate through those Master Keys.
Open one of those Listviews
Open a Master key to get more information
Every Master Key is structured the same way : details and then related lists
Master Key : the name of this Master key.
Parent : the parent Master key in the hierarchy.
Mark for Deletion : cannot be used in new account properties (qualification) anymore.
Record Type : GEO axis, ORG axis, GPS axis.
Type : Zone, Country, Site (for GEO axis).
External Key : a unique identifier for this Master Key.
On the right side of the Master Key details, you will find some useful related lists :
Master Keys : all the children Master Keys in the hierarchy.
Account Properties : all the account properties (=supplier qualifications) for this Master Key.
Related object : all the objects (Qualification process, Visit Minutes, Internal Visits or Contact) for this Master Key

This level is implemented only in Convergence, and is not available in SAP or BW.
