Main features

• Accounts (suppliers)
  • It will now be indicated within Convergence if a supplier is critical or not
    
    
• Contract Workspaces

• • The "Leasing contract" field has been adapted to comply with IFRS 2016 rules and so that RtR can review proposed leasing contracts
  • A cloned contract will be generated with [Copy of] in its short description to avoid any risk of mistake
  • The listview “Recent Contract Workspaces” displays the same columns than the “All contracts” one for better reading
  • A reminder will be sent to the contract’s owner after 24 hours in case she/he would have forgotten to give a justification to an update of a completed contract
  • Contract Workspaces now display the related lists “Open activities” & “Activity history” in order to track the ongoing and passed activities (i.e. tasks, emails, events, …) related to the contract
  • A tooltip has been added next to the Account field to indicate that a Contract Workspace has to be created on a Supplier Group level
  • Contract sharing (beta), it is now possible to share a  Contract Workspace with Solvay’s internal stakeholders which are not Convergence users and if the contract does not belong to the Energy or Raw Materials Domains

• Value Creation
  • Actions cannot be created anymore on the GPS axis “ALL DOMAINS”
  • Actions now display the total impact benefits (€)
    
    
• Visit Minutes
  • A grouping field has been added so it is linkable with other objects having the same content in it
    
    
• Contacts
  • A field “iSource” has been added In order to avoid discrepancy between iSource and Convergence and to improve data quality

And other developments to increase the quality of data and development deliveries from an IS point of view.
