Comments on Idea status change
Comments on GotIt Idea
When idea manager close an idea, there is a "Comment" box can be filled in, however the comment is not appear anywhere in the idea page.
First, we need to understand that this is a "workflow comment", a comment given when the state of an idea is changed.
All workflow comment are sees in history, where you follow the various steps in the idea's workflow. See screenshot
