Solvay Intranet - Share content & news to a large population


Solvay ONE is a ONE stop shop to access Group information, that reaches all employees on a same platform,

Solvay ONE provides profile information depending on the user default and custom settings,

The structure of Solvay ONE is based on Group organization,

Solvay ONE is connected with Google Drive / AOdocs to share documents,

Social features available: employees can like, share & comment on articles,

Search is available through multiple content sources,

Google Sites

Share project / team information and documents in a common place


Google site is a project or a team-oriented collaboration space where you can share documents and / or transversal information

People can share content from GDrive apps (Gdrive / Calendar…) within your team (or Google Groups)

A Google site can have several contributors and can be updated on a regular basis

In the framework of a project, a google site has a lifetime. Once the project is delivered, the Google site should be shut down / archived.
