Create a group and assign a role

A group is used for the rights assignment. The group is then assigned to an user. The group defined what the user will be able to see in the hierarchy and which kind of actions he will be able to perform.

• Go in Configuration on the left panel side, then click on Create a new group
  
• Here you can name the group and assign it to a role. Roles are created by default and managed by Eschbach. The group gets the access rights of the role by assigning the role. Then, each group will have its own rights settings.
  
  
  
• The new group is now visible in the rights assignment in the Organizational Register
