- Verify you have access to this server option SASENVIRONMENTSURL, depend of your SAS Platform. If you don't know your SAS Environment URL, please contact your SAS Administrator platform Team.

- If you can see the xml file in your web browser, the SAS Web Server is active and you have enough privilege right, else
- Contact your local IT administrator to ask specific permission.
- Contact SAS Administrator platform Team to check if Web Server is active
- Verify your SAS configuration file for Web Tools:
- Open the file : C:\Program Files\SASHome\sassw.config
- Put variable SASENVIRONMENTSURL to your specific environment URL, with SSSSSSSSSS is your SAS Web server
- Save file
- Verify your SAS Minier ini file:
- Open the file : C:\Program Files\SASHome\SASEnterpriseMinerClient\14.3\em.ini
- Put variable JavaArgs_13 to SASENVIRONMENTSURL
- JavaArgs_13=-Dsas.env.definition.location="<SASENVIRONMENTSURL>"
- Save file
