Used to list all the Sales Areas per GBU.
Managed with a specific Record Type: Sales Area.
2. Fields definition
2.1 Utilities Name
Concatenation of Sales organisation, Distribution Channel and Division. Each field is separated from the others with “ / “.
2.2 GBU
Type = Picklist
Contains the list of all GBUs working on Core.
2.3 Code
Type = Text field, 32 characters
It contains the concatenation of the Sales Organisation code + " / " + Distribution Channel Code + " / " + Division Code.
2.4 Sales Organisation
Type = Text field, 255 characters
2.5 Distribution Channel
Type = Text field, 255 characters
2.6 Division
Type = Text field, 255 characters
2.7 Source
Type = Text field, 20 characters
It contains the SAP system on which the Sales Area is defined
2.8 Is Active
Type = Checkbox, default value = TRUE
When this field is ticked, it means that this Sales Area is active on SAP.
2.9 Do not send to SAP
Type = Checkbox, default value = FALSE
When this field is ticked, it means that the Sales View interface will not take into account such Sales Area and won't send any information to SAP for them.
