You will have to setup the connection to Big Query and activate the allow write and allow managed datasets
Then use a schema, the schama is equivalent to Google Big Query Dataset (Keep in mind that the Schema should exist and be readable by the service account of the connection)
Once this is setup to Write Data in Google Big Query you will have first to sync the Dataset in Google Cloud Storage with the Format CSV (BigQuery-sync compatible)
And then sync this dataset into Google Big Query.
Do not forget to clear the data of the Google Cloud Storage for costs optimization and add this step in your Scenario !
