Product revision process manages Specification changes, shell life change and TDS change.

The application can be accessed via your browser with below URL: https://bpm.solvay.comUser's profile needs to be setup properly into the system to access this.
From where can I get the credentials to access Product Revision?
This is an Intranet Applications, so user must be in Solvay's network to access it. The system has Single Sign On feature, which enables user to log in without providing any credentials for this application.
Whom to contact for access?
You can fill a form to request for required access here and provide the information related to Department/Function, Product Family, Region, Site, role you are responsible for and accordingly your profile will be setup into the system.
How the names get populated in the project team?
Project team is created or identified based on certain business rules that run in the background as soon as the user clicks on the Project Team icon in the Request Page. : The business rule is a combination of below:
- Plant
- Region
- Market
- Function
This means that a user must be active in all of these attributes in order to get their name in the Project Team suggested by the system. Since multiple people could fulfill these criteria the hence system lets the user (Requester) choose the best possible user against each Function.
