On the web server open the dll with “dependency walker”. Note that some dlls are missing.
Download missing dlls. For me “mfc71u.dll” and “msvcr71.dll”
Put these dlls in c:windows\syswow64
Do a regsvr32 /u mtparsercom.dll
And
regsvr32 mtparsercom.dll
