When displaying an Inetsoft dashboard inside Shiftconnector you can open events and edit them using the standard Shifconnetor using interface.
In order to do so we need to return the event guid in the table the dashboard relies on. Be sure that the Guid business field is available in your list template layout or dashbaord configuration.
Now you can use the Hyperlink property of the table chart to add an hyperlink and choosing the Web Link option.
From here you can set the value to: message:OpenRecord which will send the corresponding script command to Shiftconnector. You will also need to pass along a parameter for the guid.
