Issue

Client reports that their SAP logon pad is empty or has missing connection entries.

Cytec SAP - Resolution

       1. Advise client to run the SAP INI Updater from SAP start menu folder

            

       2. Once completed, it will show below message:

            


Solvay SAP - Resolution

If a Solvay SAP user does not have connections available, check that the link to the XML Configuration File on Server is populated in the Options menu.

  1. Open SAP Logon and do as highlighted:

Navigate to the highlighted section and paste the following server address (you can also just copy this from a healthy machine) - http://portalsolia.solvay.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtmode/preview/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fcom.solvay.iv.KMDocHidden/documents/Solvay/SAPLogon/SAPUILandscape.xml Click Apply and then OK.


     
  3. Close and reopen SAP Logon, the entries should be there.
