For ECO users, expected to login to ECO WCLC system on 3rd July 2023 onwards.

For SCO users, expected to login to SCO WCLC system on 3rd July 2023 onwards.

Subject: Po2 Implementation for Winter Clothes and Luggage Claim (WCLC)

Dear All Singapore Colleagues,

This email is a communication to all of you regarding the PO2 split for the Winter Clothes and Luggage Claim Tool.

Because of the PO2, we will split the tool into two instances, one for ECO and one for SCO.

Starting from Day 1 (1st July 2023), there will be new URL to access the tool as below:

ECO URL: https://wclc.solvay.com  (no change)

SCO URL: https://wclc-sco.solvay.com  (new URL)

For this changes to happen, we will need to implement a frozen period, that will prevent all of you to submit new claim and update your existing claims.

This frozen period will start from 19 June 2023 (Monday) until 30 Jun 2023 (Friday).

The application will be fully operational starting from 1st July 2023 (For both ECO & SCO).
