Approval Thresholds


On the opportunity Line we identify the "Product Bracket" that will identify two Approval Thresholds : 

  • Product Manager Approval
  • Sales Director Approval



If Quoted price is Above Sales Director Approval then no approval is requested

If Quoted price is Below Product Manager Approval then the Approval is : 

  • Opportunity Line . Product . Product_Manager__c


If Quoted price is : 

  • Above Product Manager Approval
  • Below Sales Director Approval

The approval is define as followed based on 3 Rules 

  • Rule 1
    • Approver = Routing_Matrix__c.Sales Approver where
      • Routing_Matrix__c.Record Type = Local Empowerment
      • Routing_Matrix__c.Ecco Region = Opportunity Line. Opportunity_Name__r.Account.Reporting_Region_ECCO__c
      • Routing_Matrix__c.Ecco Team Cluster = Opportunity Line. Market_Cluster__c
      • Routing_Matrix__c. Product Family = Opportunity Line. Product_r.Family


  • Rule 2 (if previous rule does not match)
    • Approver = Routing_Matrix__c.Sales Approver where
      • Routing_Matrix__c.Record Type = Local Empowerment
      • Routing_Matrix__c.Ecco Region = Opportunity Line. Opportunity_Name__r.Account.Reporting_Region_ECCO__c
      • Routing_Matrix__c.Ecco Team Cluster = Opportunity Line. Market_Cluster__c
      • Routing_Matrix__c. Product Family = EMPTY


  • Rule 3 (if previous rule does not match)
    • Approver = Opportunity Line . Product . Product_Manager__c
