WebApp access :

Default access :

By default, users having the URL of the WebApp are only able to see the CPC they have access to in SalesForce.

In the WebApp, it means the selection lists of "Product family", "Material Group" and "Sold-to" will only contain the values related to what the user would be able to see in SalesForce.

If an user does not see any value in these lists or is expecting to see more values, he can try to click the "Sync with Salesforce" button to update the list of CPC from the SalesForce accesses.

Admin access :

Any admin of the WebApp can add a new user from the administration panel and give him admin rights. The solvay email adress of the user has to be correctly input.

With admin rights, an user can see all of the CPC of the tool and can access both the administration panel and the "Export All" button of the WebApp. An admin no longer sees the "Sync with Salesforce" button as it does not do anything for him anymore.

Dashboard access :

Warning : there are no security rules in the dashboard, any new user will be allowed to see the data for all the CPC regardless of their Salesforce or WebApp rights !

To request access to the dashboard, a ServiceOne ticket has to be created from the "Corporate Dashboard Access Request" form.

The name of the application requested should be filled as the following :
