1 - Automated Expiration
Everyday we have a batch that runs and that "expire" every quote that are at "Closed Sales Started" to the status "Expire" based on the validity date
2 - Account Manager Request Expiration
As an Account Manager I can request to expire my quote by clicking on "Require Expiration"(1) button on my Closed Sales Started Quote.
Before to request expiration the Account manager need to confirm. Only in certain business condition it needed to expire quotes.
The process will create a “Expire Quote” task assigned to the "SAP Quote Upload Queue"
On the Quote a header text mention that the quote is beeing expired.
As an Price Admin I assign this task to myself, then I update the quote in SAP in order to expire price.
Then I Close the task.
Automatically the Quote is set to "Expire"
