Uses

• Recommended use may be expressed for a given Industry sector and/or Way of application although it is not mandatory
• Remember that if you use several instances, line breaks will appear

Company Name and Address

This class allows managing:

1)      The Company Name and Address = “legal” address. The address is  mandatory on the SDS.

2)      The Local Emergency Phone No

3)       The Company logo

1. Note that if the SOLVAY logo is chosen then the mention www.solvay.com automatically appears in the footer
2. Note that the logos will appear on the bottom right only unless INOVYN that can be used together with the SOLVAY logo and appears on the top left

4)      The Local contact address = an optional address additional to the Company Name and Address

5)      The Email address that appears on the section 1 (all zones but NA). By default the address is sds.manager@solvay.com (address managed by HazCom). If another address is chosen, it appears instead of the default

 Management:

• A Master specification for Emergency Telephone Numbers has been created
• An inheritance link must be created to inherit this information from the Master to the individual products, using the inheritance template “ADDNUM”.
• Addresses, logo, Poison center numbers may added for each individual product or maintained in an intermediary Master specification
