Misalignment Orderbook vs. BI4 Broadcasts

Starting early 2020, and due to BI4 PPE / PPS decommissioning, BI4 will be only kept to send broadcasts to users based on BW Global Sales users. These broadcasts (PDF file attached to a daily mail) may be misaligned with the core orderbook in CRM Analytics due to several causes :

• In CRM Analytics, the Invoiced figure comes from P&L (with financial corrections), not in BI4 Broadcasts

• In BI4 broadcast, we may have GBU specific filters : on Sold-To, products ...

• In BI4 broadcast, we may also have hard-coded mappings to create dimensions that doesn't exist in CRM Analytics

• On the opposite, we may have the same dimension with distinct names between BI4 Broadcast and CRM Analytics

• The units of Volume and Revenue (and therefore ASP) may also differ between both.

• The same information such as Dynasis Forcasts are coming from 2 BW distinct sources with their own business rules, MVSDSO54 for BI4 broadcasts, MVDYN11 for CRM Analytics. That could be an additional cause for misalignment between the 2 reporting tools.
