For training and documentation more specifically:
Start with the on-line trainings.
These are 4 quick (~30 min each) presentations with interactive checks of knowledge, that would introduce the basic methodology concepts.
Then we have the extended ppt that we normally use in the training.
We can also use the PMO training site request and inscribe PMs for on-line trainings (they take 3 or 4 half-days, covering different subject).
