a. Backup of databases
A process allows to manage automatic backups of DSCP databases.
All databases from Dev / Test / Prod environments are concerned by this backup process, meaning applicative, DH, web and system databases.
All backups are generated at 11.30pm CET on the backend server. Then an archiving process runs at 6am to create and/or remove duplicated bak files on the share.
Backup files are stored in the folder \\amznfsxpzodrfov.oxo.priv\share\<company>\Backups\Databases\<Env>

b. Backups for project
A process allows to temporarly manage automatic backups of DSCP applicative databases.
Backups are generated at 11.30pm CET on the backend server. Then an archiving process runs at 6am to create and/or remove duplicated bak files on the share.
Backup files are stored in the folder \\amznfsxpzodrfov.oxo.priv\share\<company>\Backups\Databases\<Env\Projects
The retention period is in days (weekdays & weekends) and is stored in the setting file D:\DynaSys\Batchs\Settings\dscp_settings.ini on the backend server.

c. One-time backups
At any time a backup of applicative database can be done via the DSCP management console (see chapter 9.2).
Backup files are stored in the folder \\amznfsxpzodrfov.oxo.priv\share\<company>\Backups\Databases\One-time
d. Restore of applicative databases
Restores may be executed from the DSCP management console (see chapter 9.2).
