MTP stands for Mid Term Planning. It is the new process replacing the budget for Special Chem.
The MTP is managed by Quarter and on a horizon until Y+4.
User Models

The MTP Review and MTP is converted from Quarter by Month based on the Y-1 Actuals (Invoiced History + Final Forecast (ETD)

In BW, the MTP review is refresh 4 times a day (at the same time as the other BW report)
