Upload a file of size less than 15 MB.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log into the FreshDesk Agent Portal.
  2. Select the ticket you and hit the Reply action button 

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the reply box and hit the Attach a File Button

  4. Attach & Upload a file of size less than 15 MB.
