User has problem of Access | check in Docollob admin tool. if do not have recorde ask the user when is last time use it , and error screen shot .transfer to L2 CAPG-DM team . have recorde check is ti in active or not , if not ,active for user, after the action still did not solve the problem transfer to L2 CAPG-DM team |

2. Eroom User Reactivation / User will ask us to check for the account since if the account will not able to login
Sometimes user will ask for account reactivation or they will simply say that not able to log in Eroom during that time we need to check for the user account from Docollob admin tool whether user account is deactivated or not. If it is deactivated we need to follow the
reactivation procedure. Once the account is reactivated we need to inform the user using the following template.

3. Eroom password Reset
Some of the users request for password reset, in those scenario we need to reset the user credentials from Admin tool and need to send credentials to the users.

4. Access rights to Folders/Documents in Eroom
If any user requests us to provide rights to access folder or documents of any eRoom, we must recommend the user to contact their coordinators of that respective eRoom
To inform any use that to get rights in a folder or document of any eRoom, it is necessary that the coordinator of the eRoom grant this access. It is a task managed by the eRoom coordinators, only they can grant or refuse access in their documents.
It is a standard from eRoom-Solvay process.
Here below you can find a folder where we use to share a list of eRoom and its coordinators in case you want to inform the user who is the coordinator of this eRoom, what the user should know.

5. Eroom File Exporter
If user needs to export any document available in eRoom, For that they need to have the function "eRoom file exporter" activate on their account. This eRoom feature did not work for all users so we need to ask the following information from an user. Once we get reply from user we need to transfer the case to Techno-DM group.
