If the user reports that they are facing an issue while choosing the "Sender Email" or if the user reports that after adding their email in the system it is still under approval then we should inform the user how to add the sender email and then follow the below steps for approval,
- Initially click on "Add a new sender" button.
- On the next screen again click on "Add a new sender" button.
- Next enter the email id you want to and click on "Request Approval" button.
- Go to the your email box or to the email box which you have provided.
- Click on "Verify my email address".
- After this you will receive an email notification as below after which you need to refresh your Flexmail and then you will be able to use it.
