If we are getting a ticket as shown below
Check if the group of sites is already exist or not in the site tab
here the planning plant list contain more than one site and we need to group all these site into one group
first check all the sites one by one if we find any group with these four site name we can proceed it , otherwise create a new group
Create new group
Fill all the necessary fields in the " SHARED FOLDER " tab
XSITE , XSITE2 - Give new names to the sites
all other column take respective code from the sheets
2. Go to the " SITE " tab
copy the identical rows of each site and paste it in the end of the document
change the values respect to the values entered in the " SHARED FOLDER " tab
