Top 5 potential incidents that can happen on Day1


1 - User unable to create new segmentations based on the new global contact list
2 - User cannot view campaigns logs from old subaccounts
3 - User cannot find a campaign template
4 - User cannot find an old manual contact list


Resolution Procedure : 


1 - User unable to create new segmentations based on the new global contact list : 

Two Global contact list will be available :

Global Contact List E 
Global Contact List S

Depends on user allocation contact list should be selected (For ECO - Global Contact List E  and For SCO - Global Contact List S ).


2 - User cannot view campaigns logs from old subaccounts : 

CGI team will be collecting the required details from user and provide the data from old subaccount.


3 - User cannot find a campaign template : 

CGI team will request user for the template details and copy the template to the new subaccount.

How to copy a template from one API key (sub-account) to another?


4- User cannot find an old manual contact list : 

CGI team will request the contact details and download the contact from old subaccount and provide to the user.
