Procedure for Work flow from DRAFT state to PUBLISHED state.
Procedure for Workflow:
Contributor is the one who writes an articles.
When the Contributor finishes and saves his/her article, the article will be in DRAFT state to an Unassigned user as shown in below figure.
Once the article is finished inform the Reviewer, then the article will be assigned to the Contributor by the Reviewer as shown below.
Once the Reviewer assign the article to the Contributor , the Contributor will get notification as shown below.
Then the Contributor need to Approve the article.
Once the Contributor Approve the article, the Reviewer will get the Notification and the state will be changed from DRAFT to READY.
- Status from DRAFT to READY.
If the Reviewer rejects the article , the status will be in DRAFT state and will get the REJECT notification to the contributor.
After the Reviewer rejected , the article state is in DRAFT.
Again the process need to be followed same as from Contributor to Reviewer.
If the Reviewer approves the article, the article will be in REVIEWED state.
When the article got rejected, the article will be in READY state.
- If the approver reject the article then the article will go to READY state as shown in above figure. Again the Reviewer has to follow the same process till the Approver approves the article.
- Once the Approver approves the article , the article will be in PUBLISHED mode.
Finally the article got PUBLISHED. So the can be viewed by all the confluence users.
