Please refer to the below procedure to provide PAX access for the users if P&I and EP access is requested,
To confirm authorization to PEPOL data, and control the GBU requested, the user should be existing SOLVAY Google Contacts
In case of more than one address in Google contact, take the Solvay one :
If access request is for Performance-Polyamide, and the contact is existing in Solvay Google Contact with performance-polyamide mail address ==> ok
If access request if for Alsachimie, and the contact is existing in Solvay Google Contact with Alsachimie mail address ==> ok
If access request is for Polytechnyl , and the contact is existing in Solvay Google Contact with Solvay mail address and Polytechny in the GBU ==> ok
New PX-PY-PV access in CMC :
User should be granted to the corresponding PX-PY-PV folder
- only one of them (PX or PY or PV)
- they should not be granted to any other folder
- they should never have query modifications rights (only visualise-and-refresh)
New PX-PY-PV access in PP_CONF :
- users should be granted to PPS-PPE-SAFIR
- enterprises ENTRP00030 and ENTRP00031 are no more existing
- users should be granted :
For Perfomance Polyamide --> ENTRP00168/208/225/226/227/229
For Alsachimie --> ENTRP00226/230/232
For Polytechnyl --> ENTRP00168/225/226/229/230
