This document shows when User choose 'QF1' it automatically goes to QF1 020 system but user need QF1 050 system
Step-by-step guide
Step1:
- First we need to open user in SAP LOGON.
- Then check user in QF1 050 System.
- Then check SNC Name .
4. If SNC Name is Blank Then we need to update SNC Name.
5. If SNC name is not updated anything means on that time if user choose QF1 it automatically opens QF1 020 System it not showing any client options i.e 020 or 050.
6. For that client options we need to update the SNC name.
STEP2:
How to update the SNC Name:
1. Type SU01 transaction code.
2. Click on that spectacles.
STEP3:
After that it display like below screenshot then click on that spectacles and update the SNC Name.
STEP4:
- Then we need to update the SNC Name.
- In the SNC Name field we need to update this p:CN=USERID@EUA.SOLVAY.COM
- For Example: My user id is MOTU9619
- In SNC Name we will update like this p:CN=MOTU9619@EUA.SOLVAY.COM
- In the user id place we need to give respective user and save.
