This article outlines on how to handle the access for Solmon system.
Document to refer
This is the document given by Solvay and should be referred to get any details related to the IS User management. Also has all the details related to what roles are to be given and who are the approvers.
IMP Note : Refer to this document all the time.
Identifying the Tickets :
Usually any IS user when created will have access to Solman IS-Representative role, which is directly assigned to the users through the Role IS * STD ROLE.
Other than IS Representative role there are IS Change Manager and there is also BAR access which are meant to be provided separately.
Approvals :
You need to take approvals from the manager of the user before assigning the Solman roles to the user.
BAR Access:
- we have to be very restricted the BAR role.
- BAR access is given to the Solvay employees only
- Take the approval from user's manager and Catherine as well.
- After adding the BAR role then assign the ticket to Charm team as they need to update from there side as well.
