When a tile is not showing up in dashboard to be added in the Solvay one user page, please check the following
Open the tile in the folder structure.
Example: Tile called CCTS under One→ Functions→ Communications
Check if the tag is added, tile is shown in library
Note: If tag is missing(Not added) and show in Tile Library is No, it will not appear in the dashboard.
Once it is added please publish it so that tile will appear in the dashboard.
