Points to remember while assigning roles to user:
1) Please do not assign the "PROJECT" business role.
if any reference user have Project role, please assign ALL GBU business role instead of Project.
Example:- PR: BW Applications - PRO - Sales & Distribution (OBAS) -PROJECT
PR: BW Applications - PRO - Sales & Distribution (OBAS)- ALL GBU
2) While assigning perimeter Sales Office role, please assign the TOUT role instead of RCS role:
ZR_RCS_CA_P14:- Analysis Sales Office - All Sales Offices
ZR_TOUT_CA_P14 :- Analysis Sales Office - All Sales Offices
3) Please do not assign the below roles to user:
ZR_RCS_ALL_MENU
ZR_RCS_FULL_DISPLAY
Note: If reference user have these roles, please ignore it.
4. While assigning access to DOMO or PAX users , No need to assign the Privileges , since business role will only contain all the privilege roles.
