Solvay Way of Working invites us to create a disruptive environment and to experience different relationships : from Hierarchy to Networks, from Silos to Connection, from Elitist to Inclusive.

We are moving from “individual status and attributes”  to “projects based organization and collaboration”, from “status driven working environment” to “welcoming Solvay working hubs”, from “fear of the unknown” to “curiosity as key to resilience”.

It will not happen all at once, and it raises some challenges in the adoption of new ways of working.
