All the existing resources are shared. Considering the Mobile Working policy, and the Activity Based Working principle, no one will spend the entire day at the same working station, 5 days per week. Therefore, dedicated office and desk are no longer relevant. Mutualization of the workstations is the best use of the existing square meters.

Additionally to the ergonomics seats provided at workstations, the SWoW environment provides a diversity of seats, from the seats in a meeting room to the informal chairs in the conviviality areas (see dedicated chapter about typology of areas).

Providing an area booking system helps to manage rotations & presences on site. Avoidance of strict schemes that nourish silos is a key success factor.  Make sure that members of different teams can cross. This system can make space occupancy per area visible and allows us to identify peak days.
