The goals of the Bricks concept
Spaces shaped for each profile and activity
- A standardized (only adapted in case of functional needs) work environment with different types of work stations which will be shared.
- For every activity (work profile) there is an adapted work states (collaboration - in between - focus) with specific workstations.
- The workstations are more varied and the ergonomics of a higher standard than traditional layout to create a 'win-win' proposition.
- No fixed desk.
- The number of work stations is less than the number of employees (sharing ratio) where only the “ergonomic” places (for example in height adaptable) are counted as work stations.
- Each entity has a home base without boundaries to enhance the sense of belonging. Everybody is welcome.
