Steps to restart Qlikview services
- Login to the QlikView Server ‘ACEW1PQVIWAPP01’ with the service account ‘EUA\SVC-PRD-QVIW’. Check the latest credentials from the QlikPass & Contacts
- Run ‘services.msc’ in Run command
3. Sort the services by Name and should able to see below QlikView services
4. Select one service at one time and click on Restart.
5. Do it same for all QlikView services
6. While restarting the QlikView Distribution service, you may face the service never start like below.
7. In above case, please kill the session from Task Manager (Follow same procedure if unable to restart any service)
8. Once session is killed, start the service again from the services.
9. Make sure Access Point and QMC is working once all the services are Up and Running.
