The User have some additional capabilities compared to Viewer.
Create and duplicate sheets
In the app overview, User has the capability to create a new local sheet.
By clicking on create new sheet, the system will create a new sheet only visible by the User.
The User can also duplicate a public sheet by right clicking on it.
Create local master items
If the user is in his local sheet, he has the possibility to create his own master items.
Warning : If you want to share your personnal sheet to other people, don't use this functionnality because master items are only created in your personnal directory and will not be accessible to others.
Publish local sheet
When he has finished his page, User can publish the sheet to share it to the community.
By right clicking on the sheet, you can publish the sheet.
Note : When you publish, the sheet will appear in the Community section (or published by me if you publish it).
Warning: User can also approve a published sheet but it's better to keep it in the Community section (You will have to discuss it with Developer in charge of the dashboard)
