The objective of the Solvay Syensqo Global Forum is a two-way dialogue between the Group's top leadership and employee representatives from countries where Solvay Syensqo mainly operates. It is an opportunity for the top management to get a direct perception of the social climate and to explain the Group Strategy directly to employee representatives.
The Solvay Syensqo Global Forum is a voluntary body and not regulated by any international or local legislation. It has a global role. The members do not only represent their own site or trade-union, but all Solvay Syensqo employees of their country or region.
