Explorers and Managers can access YOUGrow from Syensqo’s HUB and browse our catalog, enroll in courses, request new classes and more. Managers have access to the Manager Dashboard to review and assign training to their teams.
On the YOUGrow platform explorers will discover a collection of content from internal and external subject matter experts. At Syensqo individual experts have the opportunity to contribute knowledge and manage training.
