How to perform a

Password Self-Service for SAP systems

Currently, the list of Systems below are available for Password Self-Service.

For other systems not listed above, please contact SBS Support via portal for password reset.

Tools available for self-service reset :

1. RCS : WP1 server
2. BW : BW server
3. GTS : WGP server
4. BIP : SRM (online CRM portal)

To reset your password follow these simple steps :

Step 1 

Access SAP GRC CUP via link below in Internet Explorer ( it's not well displayed in Chrome ).

Step 2 Click on the link '

Select Password Self-Service'

Step 3 

Enter your User ID (eg. RCS User ID, BIP User ID, etc), select your desired Language and click on the Logon button.

• If this is your first time accessing the portal, you are required to configure 2 security questions

• For relogin usersIf Self-registration has been done before, please enter the answers to the 2 security questions instead.given previously
  • If you do not remember the correct answers entered previously, please contact SBS Support via portal

• Click the Submit button to continue.

Step 5 After 'Submit', Click 'Add'

Choose “BW !! ! Production WBP ! !!” (BW Production Server) and continue.

Then after "submit", you will receive a mail with your BW account and password.

Add Systems for which you want password to be reset

Select the Systems and Continue

Submit your request. You will receive an email with new password.
