Enter your User ID (eg. RCS User ID, BIP User ID, etc), select your desired Language and click on the Logon button.

If this is your first time accessing the portal, you are required to configure 2 security questions
If Self-registration has been done before, please enter the answers to the 2 security questions given previously
If you do not remember the correct answers entered previously, please contact SBS Support via portal
Click the Submit button to continue.

Add Systems for which you want password to be reset

Select the Systems and Continue
Step 7
Submit your request. You will receive an email with new password.
If users are locked in WGP, WP1 and SRM7, they can use the "Unlock Account" option to unlock themselves. The CUP request will then be sent to Manager for approval in CUP as well. For all other systems, users will need to raise ticket.
