Getting a Sinequa account
Y u don't need specific rights to access Sinequa because it's a third-party application program that is plugged with different tools and indexes their content. The access rights are based on the user profiles of each application that comply with the security rules.
Getting support and training
S pport and training of Sinequa can be requested the same way as any other IS tool.
