1.1 Onboard new Corporate GroupGo to the account you want to onboard: Ensure it is linked to a Corporate Group & click on the Corporate Group

1.2 Onboard new Corporate Group

On the Parent Account, Check box “Partner Corporate group”

Go Back to the Account, top right hand side, click on the arrow

4 Onboard new Account

 On the account Click on the Enable as a Partner

If the account is already set up on the C&C portal, the option Enable as Partner will not be visible 

Debug: If already enabled, field “ispartner” (hidden for some users) is Yes

1.5 Onboard new ContactOn the Contact, Select (top right arrow Enable Partner User). You will be redirected to User Record

1.6 Onboard new Contact

On the User record, fill the missing info (Profile:’Connect & Collaborate Partner). Data Access profile is not relevant (you can selectAccount Manager)

    1. Upon Saving, the user will receive an email to set his/her new password

1.8 Onboard new ProductIf the distributors contact do not see a product in his product/sample/technical request on the portal, Go to Partner community Product, and create new Partner Community Product
