IT is working cross the different project phases to asses and deliver the projects These below project are currently in the planning phase, where several critical actions need to be undertaken to ensure its successful execution. This phase involves: Detailed Secure Architecture: Developing a comprehensive and secure architectural design. This involves analyzing potential security risks and designing robust solutions. Vendor Assessment: Conducting thorough evaluations of potential vendors to ensure they meet the project's standards and requirements. Procurement of Needed Services or Solutions: Identifying and acquiring the necessary services or solutions that align with the project's goals. This step ensures that all required resources are in place for the project's successful implementation. Recording Time on Build: Implementing a system to accurately track and record the time spent on building and developing the project. This helps in monitoring progress and ensuring efficient use of resources.
