An easy step by step guide for you to follow in order to get your own report of your training hours for the current year. In some countries it is mandatory a certain amount oftraining hours per year.

Learning Request

Here you can learn how you can request a specific training in case this is not available in YouGrow. Also, you can proceed with alearning request in case you want to attend for a class that is not available in your language, or there is no more available live sessions in the future for you to register. Attended a course and it appears as not evaluated

You perform a training that is not showing completed yet. 

I attended an external course

Your manager approved you to attend an external training course. You are able toregister those training hours in YouGrow by yourself.

Cross Knowledge

Another way to consume knowledge is getting into the Cross Knowledge Platform. Search for whatever topic you would like to explore and find the training suitable for your needs (example: leadership, communication, management, etc)
