General Presentation
The BW DP-DiP/PP-Dynasys application regroups all the reports that are based on DynaSys tool (Demand & Distribution Planning).
More particularly, they support :
- DP - Budget Review
- DP - Forecast Accuracy
- DP - MTP Mid Term Planning
- DiP - Distribution Planning
- DP - MTP
Reports are usually used by demand & production planning, S&OP managers and supply chain.
Access
Access to the application in the WBP Server is provided by GBU.
You must request to add "DP-DiP/PP-Dynasys" role :(Service one => SAP Access Request)

Perimeter
This application in WBP covers the data from all GBU managing their forecast in DynaSys.
It does not include other Forecasting systems not mentioned above.
Data update
DynaSys data is updated 4 times a day (see the scheduled times here below) but ONLY after a change on DynaSys data. If not change is registered in DynaSys, do not expect any BW update

For example :
Data are collected in DynSys at 6am CET. The corresponding data are loaded into BW at 7am CET.
The BW loading last around 30 minutes. So at 7.30 you will get in BW, the view of 6am DynaSys data
NB: You can be alert by email when the BW load is fully one done (Service One => catalogue>Data services>Reporting and Dashboarding>Reporting Tools>Change distribution lists for BW update message.
